VP Informatics (VPI), hereinafter referred to as VPI : the trade and brand name with regard to the organization registered under C. Number 61722278. The words 'VP', 'Informatics' and 'VPI' are also used (in combination) by third parties, but these cases do not relate to the organization registered under C. Number 61722278. 2. [ Online Offering ]
The online offering of VPI primarily comprises the trade and brand name VP Informatics (VPI), profile overviews, service overviews, solution overviews, copywriting, (media) files, functions, styling components and underlying facilities. The underlying facilities include the URLs vp-informatics.com and vp-informatics.nl. The online offering of VPI cannot be interpreted as substitute for independent research, but can be used to gain general insights. 3. [ Ownership ]
The offering pursuant to Article-2 is owned by VPI. The offering pursuant to Article-2 is protected by intellectual property rights. It goes without saying, that the offering pursuant to Article-2 can be used for internal optimization. Any other type of usage without written permission from VPI however, is not allowed. Furthermore, it is not allowed to (partially) copy the offering pursuant to Article-2, without written permission from VPI, for any purpose whatsoever. And finally, it is not allowed to edit the offering pursuant to Article-2 for any purpose whatsoever. 4. [ Validity ]
VPI provides the offering pursuant to Article-2 with utmost care, but does not guarantee permanent validity. VPI works with state-of-the-art (security) procedures as well as state-of-the-art (security) facilities, but does not guarantee permanent accuracy as well as permanent protection against malware and other unwanted influences. VPI reserves the right to modify the offering pursuant to Article-2 at any time without notice. 5. [ References ]
VPI can enhance the offering pursuant to Article-2 by incorporating references to (online offerings of) third parties, but VPI is not liable for matters relating to (online offerings of) third parties. References to the offering pursuant to Article-2 can only be created based on written permission from VPI. 6. [ Warranty Exclusion ]
If specific circumstances would justify a warranty, the offering pursuant to Article-2 does not constitute a warranty extension or a warranty modification. 7. [ Liability Exclusion ]
VPI is not liable for (in)direct, consequential or additional damages, including but not limited to, lost profits or lost revenues, business interruptions and/or loss of data, arising out of the incorrect use of the offering pursuant to Article-2, arising out of the incorrect use of online third party offerings pursuant to Article-5 and/or arising out of the impediment of access to said resources. 8. [ Legal Data ]
Data that are being submitted to VPI, are usually processed within 2 weeks. The authorized submitter guarantees, that data that are being submitted to VPI, do not infringe intellectual property rights and do not infringe any other applicable rights. 9. [ Privacy ]
VPI applies a solid method for data processing, data storage and data requests. Requests can be submitted via the contact form. VPI utilizes cookies that fulfill technical purposes with regard to the offering pursuant to Article-2. VPI does not utilize marketing specific cookies. 10. [ Applicable Law ]
Matters in relation to the Disclaimer and Privacy Statement are governed by Dutch law. 11. [ Modifications ]
VPI reserves the right to modify the Disclaimer and Privacy Statement at any time without notice.
